What BarbApp is
BarbApp is booking software for barbers and barbershops, and at the same time a public directory where clients find and book them. The barber gets a public profile and a link to share; the client picks a service and a genuinely free slot, and the appointment lands straight in the barber's calendar, with no back-and-forth messaging.
Who it is for
For the barber who today takes bookings over WhatsApp, phone calls or Instagram messages, and has to stop mid-haircut to check for a gap. And for the barbershop with several barbers, where each one keeps their own calendar and the owner needs to see how the business is doing: revenue, completed and cancelled appointments, punctuality and per-chair activity. On the client side, for anyone who would rather see the open slots and book without calling.
What BarbApp does not do
We do not bring barbers new clients: BarbApp organises the clientele they already have, and it is not advertising or lead generation. We take no commission on appointments; what the barber charges is theirs. We do not process payment for the service: the barber charges their client however they already do. And we are not accounting software, although the app does cover the day's till, expenses and advances.
How it is designed
Times are always shown in the barbershop's timezone, never converted to the client's, so nobody books an hour when the shop is closed. The barber is in charge of their own calendar: they choose 15, 30 or 60-minute slots, their working days, their breaks and who they block. And pricing is local: each country sees its own price in its own currency, not converted dollars.
Where it is available
The app is on the App Store and Google Play, in Spanish, English, Portuguese and French, with local pricing in more than 150 countries. Booking is free for clients. Barbers get a 60-day free trial, with no card and no commission on their appointments.
